First Haircut!
Dylan had his first haircut on the 16th, the day after his Birthday... He did really well, it was hard to see those little hairs go... :) He looks like such a little man now! Of course, I don't have any 'after' shots but in my next post, pictures from his Birthday you will be able to see the difference HAHHAHA! Too cute.
